  • liver-healthy veggies, including broccoli, arugula, cabbage, bok choy , rapini, endive, radicchio and artichokes
  • organic chicken, turkey and wild fish (excluding tuna, unless it’s skipjack)
  • onions and garlic
  • brown basmati rice
