From Paris to Argentina at LA PULPERIA

Winter is on our doorstep, and it is about time we took some strong callories to defy that monster.

Looks almost like a Hopper painting.

Head straight to LA PULPERIA where Meat is spelled with a big M.

A stylish old bistrot in the Pampa with an open kitchen wildly aloud with Argentinian chef Fernando Di Tomaso and its armada of cooks handling Argentina’s specialties like breadmeat and la vaca entera, ie the whole cow on the grill for an authentic churrasqueria!

Get about it first with a delightful ceviche and its avocado purée or an empanada and only then get your appetite to reveal the matador in you with their chunks of beef.

It’s fun and hearty.

La Pulperia, 11, rue Richard-Lenoir, XIe. Tél. : 01 40 09 03 70.

Evenings only, closed on Sundays.

Métro : Charonne
