Yesterday morning, while at one of the 2 790 467 pharmacies of Paris, I heard the Chief Pharmacist advise an old grumbling shaking and bent woman who was inquiring for some “up you go and run” medecine, ie, some Prozac of some sorts, to get hold of a banana every day and she would gain back her energy, her goodhumour and a happy spirit with the insurance of a “no cold” winter.
This chemist was so damn right. Why go about with a trunk full of medecine when you have on the market a wonderful healthy and precious fruit, good to the taste and which will make wonders for you. No wonder it is the athletes number one food.
Good advice has to be spread.
